Q1. What is your payment term?

Payment term can be discussed and normally we accept:

• Letter of credit (At sight)

• Telegraphic Transfer (30% deposits prerequisite, 70% balance against e-mail shipping documents, before dispatch of the original shipping documents).

Q2. What is your service procedures?

1. Confirm the goods from customer and modify to fit producing.

2. Making counter sample within 7-10 days.

3. After the quantity, the price, packing details, and initial payment are confirmed, we can start mass production.

4. Confirm the shipment detail of products and the cargo after inspection can be shipped.

Q3. Can I get a sample for free?

Within 3-5 days you can get an ODM sample for free upon your freight cost of payment received.

Q4. Can I order an OEM sample first before mass production? How can I place a sample order?

Surely you can order a sample first. And there will be some sample cost, charged based on your design & artwork. Al (Adobe Illustrator) files is preferred. We will make the sample socks for you after payment received and take pictures for your reference once finished. If you want to see the actual samples, we can send the sample to you while freight cost is yours. Sample policy:

• Lead time: 7~10 days, excluding weekends.

• Quantity: 2~3 pairs/color/style.

• Concerning about the color question.

Customers also pick graphic color according to the pantone number, please inform us of pantone number.If you can not supply the code number, we will adjust and select closely one for you. Moreover, you also can offer samples for us as color reference.
