1. For the packaging, we will make packaging follow customer's requirements and you can also choose our own packaging.

2. For the samples shipping, we can send the samples to you for free at your freight cost and we can return the freight cost once you place order to us.

3. For the delivery time, it depends on the quantity you order and the material you require. For the socks in stock, we can ship them out within one week, for the OEM socks, the delivery time will be always 35 days after the contract is confirmed.

4. For the shipping way, we can ship the goods to you by sea, by air or any other ways as per your requirements.

1. What is your MOQ?

---It depends. If we have stock, we never require MOQ. For customized socks, our MOQ will be 1200 pairs per style per color.

2. What is your payment term?

---We can accept T/T, D/P, L/C, WESTERN UNION, MONEY GRAM and other payments as we confirmed.

3. What is your delivery time?

---For stock socks, we can ship them out within one week. For customized socks, it will also be 35 days after contract is approved.

4. Where is the nearest airport to your factory?

---It is about 90 kms from HANGZHOU AIRPORT(HGH) and it is about 50 kms from YIWU AIRPORT(YIW). It is about 250 from SHANGHAI HONGQIAO AIRPORT(SHA) and it is about 265 kms from SHANGHAI PUTONG AIRPORT(PVG). We can pick you up from any airport if you want to visit us.

5. Can you send us some samples?

---Yes, we can send each style two pairs samples to you by express at your freight at the first time, and we can return the express freight to you once you place order to us.
