1.Q: How to Order?

A: Normally the customer can order our products contact us by Email, we willconfirm the specifications and other requirements after your message, then an proforma invoice will be sent to you via mail including the details of the order and bank information with a stamp and signature of our company.

2.Q: What is the MOQ?

A: 1200 pairs mix color if we have stock, customer design needs to be negotiated.

3.Q: Could I use my own LOGO or print my own design?

A: Yes, Customized logo and design on mass production are available.

4.Q: What is the lead time for different types of order?

A: It is 3 – 5 days for sample order, and 35 – 45 days for mass production normally.

5.Q: What is the payment term?

A: We can accept T/T, L/C, D/P so far, the others are to be discussed.

6.Q: How about your sample fee?

A: Sample fee is required and will be returned after the order placed. If our sample is available in

stock,the sample is free of charge but freight paid by buyer.Please note that all sample fees are refundable after order placed.
