1.Q: How to Order?

A: Normally the customer can order our products  by Email, we will confirm the specifications and other requirements after your message, then an proforma invoice will be sent to you via mail including the details of the order and bank information with a stamp and signature of our company.

2.Q: Do you accept sample order or trial order?

A: Yes, we surely do. Normally we can provide you the free sample if it is available in stock, we only charge the freight cost, otherwise, we will charge the sample cost but it will be refunded when you place the order.

3.Q: What is the MOQ?

A: 500 pairs if we have stock, customer design needs to be negotiated,usually to be 2000pairs each style.

4.Q: Could I use my own LOGO or print my own design?

A: Yes, Customized logo and design on mass production are available.

5.Q: What is the lead time for different types of order?

A: It is 3 – 5 days for sample order, and 30 – 45 days for mass production normally.

6.Q: What is the International Commercial Terms (INCOTERM)?

A: We are able to offer EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP (depends on your region).

7.Q: What is the payment term?

A: We can accept T/T, L/C, D/P so far, the others are to be discussed.
